Every print is packed flat in rigid, crush-proof packaging and sent tracked from Burgos, Spain.

Shipping rates

October 2026: free shipping worldwide on orders of 2 or more prints. The rest of the year it's free from 3 prints. Applied automatically at checkout, no code needed. Below that, rates depend on your country:

Spain: €10 — free from €140
United States: €12 — free from €120
European Union: €12 — free from €140
UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong and other supported destinations: €12 — free from €140
Rest of the world (incl. Latin America): €12

Processing & delivery

Orders are prepared, hand-signed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, tracked from the moment they enter the carrier's network. Transit time after that depends on your destination, the carrier and customs — we don't promise a delivery date, because we can't control any of those three, but every order is trackable end to end.

Shipping outside the EU may involve customs duties or import taxes set by your country, which are the recipient's responsibility.

If something goes wrong

Arrived damaged: email dammitpng@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the print and packaging. We replace it — a replacement made this way doesn't add to the edition, so it stays a true edition of 5.

Lost in transit: if tracking confirms it's lost, we send a free replacement. A slow parcel isn't a lost one — customs and peak periods can add weeks — so we go by the tracking record.

Marked delivered but missing: check with neighbours, reception and your local delivery office, then contact the carrier. Email us and we'll review the tracking together.

Wrong address: double-check it at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us for an incomplete or incorrect address, we can resend it once you cover the return and reshipping cost — email us before it ships and we'll fix it for free.

These are limited, hand-signed collectible editions, so all sales are final except where consumer law says otherwise. Full details in the refund policy and terms of service.
