About the artist

Dammit.png is the independent art project of Andrés Ibáñez, an illustrator based in Spain painting the characters a whole generation grew up with — Pokémon, retro Nintendo, anime and pop culture — through his own lens: hip-hop swagger, watercolour tributes, photo-booth chaos and crossovers that were never supposed to happen.

Editions of five. Ever.

Every artwork in the shop exists as exactly 5 physical copies. Not five hundred, not print-on-demand — five. Each print is produced A3 (29.7 × 42 cm) on 350gsm archival cotton paper with fade-resistant pigment inks, then hand-signed and individually numbered before it ships. When the fifth copy sells, that artwork is never printed again. The scarcity isn't a marketing line — it's the whole point.

The process

Each piece starts as a digital painting, goes through physical proofing until the colours behave on cotton paper the way they did on screen, and is printed as a giclée with pigment inks rated to resist fading for decades. Prints ship flat in a rigid, crush-proof mailer with tracking, worldwide.

The series

The catalogue is organised in series, each with its own idea: Ice Out (childhood favourites dripping in chains and grillz), Console Series (legendaries bursting out of the consoles we played them on), Watercolour (tributes to Ken Sugimori's classic illustration style), Photo Booth, Sleepy, Sanrio × Pokémon and Crossovers.

A note on inspiration

Every artwork is an original Dammit.png interpretation inspired by characters and worlds I love. Nothing here is official or licensed merchandise of Pokémon, Nintendo, Sanrio or any other franchise — it's fan-made art, painted with respect and sold as collectible artist prints.
