Search for "Sanrio x Pokémon" and you'll find plenty of people asking the same thing: when are Hello Kitty and Pikachu going to share a frame? This series is one independent artist's answer — a set of original fan-art crossovers pairing Sanrio characters with the Pokémon that match their personality.
Is this an official Sanrio x Pokémon collaboration?
No. These are original fan-art interpretations by Dammit.png, an independent illustrator. They are not official merchandise and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Sanrio, Nintendo, Game Freak or The Pokémon Company. If you're looking for licensed collab products, check the official stores; if you want a hand-signed artwork of the crossover you've always imagined, read on.
The pairings
Hello Kitty & Pikachu
The two most recognisable faces of cute, side by side. Star Power is the bestseller of the series, and Pumpkin Patch is the autumn version.
Kuromi & Gengar
The obvious match: two mischief-makers with a purple-and-black palette. See Troublemakers and Trick or Treat. Kuromi also plays mind games with Mewtwo in Mind Games.
Pompompurin & Snorlax
Two champions of napping in Nap Buddies.
Cinnamoroll pairings
Cinnamoroll floats with Togepi in Cloud Nine, with Diancie in Diamond Dust and with Gastly in Ghost Buddy.
More crossovers
Eevee & Hello Kitty — Sweethearts, My Melody & Mimikyu — Candy Swap, Keroppi & Bulbasaur — Green Team and Badtz-Maru & Cubone — Spooky Squad.

Each crossover is printed A3 (29.7 × 42 cm) on 350gsm cotton paper with fade-resistant inks, hand-signed by Andrés Ibáñez and released in a small edition of 5. Prints ship flat with tracking worldwide and fit any standard A3 frame.
