Shipping Policy

We take care to package every dammit.png artwork securely so that it reaches you in the best possible condition.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment has been successfully completed.

Processing times may vary depending on availability, printing requirements, limited-edition preparation, signing and order volume.

Any estimated processing or shipping timeframe displayed on the website is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Shipping Destinations

dammit.png ships internationally to the destinations made available during checkout.

Shipping availability, methods and prices may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated or displayed before completion of the purchase whenever applicable.

International customers may also be required to pay customs duties, import taxes or handling fees imposed by their country.

These charges are not controlled by dammit.png and, unless expressly stated otherwise, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

Where tracking is included with the selected shipping service, tracking information will be provided once the package has entered the carrier's network.

Tracking information may take some time to update after shipment.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates depend on the destination, carrier and customs procedures.

Delays may occur due to circumstances including:

customs inspections;
carrier delays;
public holidays;
peak shipping periods;
weather conditions;
local postal disruptions;
international transport delays.

A delay does not automatically mean that a package has been lost.

Lost Packages

A shipment will only be treated as lost when its loss can be reasonably verified through carrier information, tracking records or another reliable form of evidence.

If a shipment arranged by dammit.png is confirmed as lost before delivery to the customer, we will normally send a replacement at no additional cost.

Because many artworks are produced in limited quantities, a replacement issued as a result of a verified shipping loss may be produced specifically to replace the missing copy and does not increase the intended number of collectible copies in circulation.

If replacement is impossible, or applicable law requires another remedy, the case will be resolved accordingly.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking states that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:

the delivery address;
neighbours or other household members;
reception or concierge services;
designated safe places;
your local delivery office.

You should then contact the carrier where appropriate.

If further assistance is required, contact dammitpng@gmail.com and we will review the available tracking information.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address when ordering.

If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete information, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.

If you notice an address error before your order has shipped, contact dammitpng@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered the shipping process.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Customers are responsible for following tracking information and arranging collection or redelivery when required by the carrier.

If a package is returned because it was not collected, delivery was refused or repeated delivery attempts were unsuccessful for reasons attributable to the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply before the package is sent again.

Damaged Packages

If your artwork arrives visibly damaged, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

Please keep both the artwork and the original packaging and provide clear photographs showing the condition of the package and product.

This helps us document the incident with the shipping carrier and determine the appropriate solution.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights relating to goods that arrive damaged, defective or non-conforming.

Responsibility During Shipping

Where dammit.png arranges shipment to a consumer, responsibility for loss or damage during transport remains subject to the mandatory rules established by applicable consumer law.
